Our Engineers are highly experienced in controller repairs, from temperature controllers to advanced process controllers. We have test rigs to run tests any aspect of the controller within our workshop, and we are always continuing to invest in testing facilities to support our customers as the industry develops.
We fault-diagnose each controller down to the component level, replacing any degradable components to maximise the lifespan of the electrical asset and minimise unexpected breakdowns.
Often, the PLCs we repair are obsolete and no longer supported by the OEM. At Neutronic, we can confidently repair these for you, which is often a favourable financial option rather than purchasing a replacement.

LJU Automation Repairs
At Neutronic, our Engineers are LJU Automation certified to repair equipment to LJU standards. Our service engineers can visit the site, diagnose issues, and repair LJU controllers down to the component level at our Warrington-based workshop.
