What happens when I book in an emergency repair?
We understand that unexpected breakdowns are critical situations for businesses, our aim is to support you when any breakdown occurs, helping to get your production back up and running as soon as possible.
If you have an emergency repair, call Neutronic on 0845 180 0483. The following will then take place:
- Your repair will be booked into our system, noting any information from you which may indicate the root cause of the fault.
- We will contact our drivers to collect your repair. If our drivers are unavailable, we will use a trusted courier to collect your repair and deliver it to Neutronic as soon as possible. We aim to collect your repair within 60 minutes of you contacting our team.
- Our engineers will begin the repair as soon as it arrives at our Warrington-based workshop. Undertaking the essential tests to identify the root cause of the problem.
- Once the repair has been completed and tested, our drivers will deliver the repair back to you.
What are the expected repair turnaround times at Neutronic Technologies?
Neutronic offer 3 types of repair turnaround services:
Emergency Repair: Once your repair has arrived at our workshop, we aim to repair it as quickly as possible. Neutronic will organise collection of the faulty part from you; this is typically within an hour of receiving your call. We diagnose the fault, carry out the repair and return the item to you as quickly as possible. We provide this service day or night.
High-Priority Repair: This type of repair will be completed within 3-5 days of it entering our workshop.
Standard Repair: This type of repair will be completed within 15-20 days from when ‘go-ahead’ is given.
